How to integrate using the "Feedback Widget" script on your website with Google Tag Manager

The easiest way to integrate a script on most sites is through Google Tag Manager. He is a great facilitator of integrations and adds a few more triggers by default.

Through Tag Manager, it is possible to configure where the plugin should be displayed, for example, on a specific page or after clicking a button.

Getting the "Feedback Widget" script

Access your UserForever account at Create a new "Search" or select one created earlier.

In the "Edit" button menu, click on "Script Code".

The screen below will be displayed with the plugin script, copy and save that we will use in the next steps.

Configuring the script

To get started, you must log in or create your GTM account at and choose your project's container.

Then, click on "Add a new tag" to register a new tag. Give the tag a name and then click on "Tag Configuration".

In the options menu, in the "Custom" section, choose the "Custom HTML" option.

In the "HTML" field, paste the script that we copied in the previous step. This is all related to the implementation of the script.

Next is the "Triggering" field, where you can choose the display settings you want.

Some configuration examples are to display the plugin on a certain page, for example, after the user has gone through a certain flow and you want to know the feedback of how the process went.

Other cases are the display after clicking on a certain element or after the customer has spent a few seconds on the page (example, after 30 seconds that he is on your page watching a video or reading an article).

These are the steps to implement the "Feedback Widget" plugin on your website.
